Error codes and causes
Safety-key
Console is not responding while the safety key is in place.
1. Check the console bridge board and safety key wiring connection.
2. Replace Safety-key

Display is not lit up when power is turned on
1. Check product fuse
2. Check drive board fuse and power source LED
3. Check drive board LED and program IC

Abnormal serve motor encoder
1. Motor is not turning > Possible cause: bad EAC drive board
2. If motor is turning, replace speed Sensor

Serve motor too hot; speed limits to 10KPH
1. Check temperature switch wiring
2. Adjust the walk belt tension if the motor is too hot
3. Check to see if walk belt & deck needs replacement

Motor over loading
1. Turn power off and back on to check
2. If issue persists, replace EAC drive board
ERROR_2_1_
IGBT over current
1. Turn the power off and on again to test
2. If issue persists, replace EAC drive board
ERR0R_2_2_
IGBT too hot
1. Turn the power off and on again to test
2. If issue persists, replace EAC drive board
3. Turn the power off and on again to test
4. If issue persists, replace EAC drive board
ERROR_3_1_
Abnormal incline motor zero setting
1. Check wire connections
2. Replace drive board
3. Replace incline motor
ERR0R_4_2_
Voltage too low
1. Check the power source to see if it is too low
2. If it is too many products shared in the same power source, rearrange the power source

Voltage is too high
1. Check to see if the power source voltage is too high
2. If the voltage is too high from incoming power source, then stop using treadmill and wait until it returns normal.

First time power on communication error
1. Bad wire connections
2. Bad EAC drive board

1. Turn power off and back on
2. Check for proper grounding
3. If issue persists, replace EAC drive board
Main fuse burnt
Fuse burnt as soon power on
1. Replace the fuse and check again
2. Check wiring for bad connections
3. Replace drive board

Motor fuse burnt while pressing speed keys
1. Check for motor issue
2. Replace drive board

Main fuse burnt while running on the treadmill
1. Adjust the walk belt tension or manually add lubrication

1. Press <CHANGE DISPALYS> key 3 seconds; it will display English/metric, energy saving setting, program timer, total distance, total time as well as control board/drive board software versions
DETAILED TROUBLESHOOTING 
Problem power on
Circumstance: Display is not lit up when power is turned on
Possible causes: Incoming power issue or bad components
Troubleshooting:
1. Check product fuse & switch
2. Check all wire connections
3. Check drive board power indicator or replace it
4. Check control board power indicator and program IC
5. Replace EUP board
Burnt fuse
Circumstance: Fuse burnt as soon as power on
Possible causes:
1. Short circuit on the product components
2. Bad drive board Troubleshooting:
1. Check for broken wire or a short circuit on the wiring somewhere
2. Measure the voltage from the power cord
AC1- housing screw
AC2- housing screw Check for short
3. Replace drive board to test
4. Replace filter
Burnt fuse
Circumstance: Fuse burnt while pressing speed key to increase speed
Possible causes:
1. Short circuit inside the motor
2. Bad drive board
Troubleshooting:
1.Replace drive board and test
2. Replace motor and test
3. Replace sensor and test
Burnt fuse
Circumstance: Fuse brunt while running on the treadmill
Possible causes:
1. Poor contact on the fuse housing
2. Wear on the walk deck and belt
3. Bad EAC drive board
Troubleshooting:
1. Check for proper fuse and fuse housing installation
2. Check mechanical parts
A. Wear and tear condition on the walk belt & proper lubrication maintenance
B. Check for loose walk belt tension
3. Replace SAC drive board test
Bad key pads – soft/membrane keys
Circumstance: Key is not responding or stuck while pressing it
Possible causes:
1. Bad wire connections on the software key bridge board
2. Bad keys Troubleshooting:
1. Check the wire connectors on the soft key bridge board
2. Replace soft keys
Bad keys – soft/membrane keys (lower)
Circumstance: Key is not responding or stuck while pressing it
Possible causes:
1. Bad wire connections on the software key bridge board
2. Bad keys
Troubleshooting:
1. Check the wire connectors on the soft key bridge board
2.Replace soft keys

Possible causes:
1. Bad key switches on the control board
2.Bad switch cushion placement
Troubleshooting:
1.Check switch cushions
2.Reaplce display tact switches
Bad telemetry heart rate reception
Circumstance: Bad or no telemetry heart rate reception
Possible causes:
1. Telemetry transmitter battery too low
2. Bad HR receiver board
3. Interference issue, such as lights, speakers
Troubleshooting:
1. Replace the transmitter battery
2. Check HR receiver board wiring
3. Replace the receiver board
Incline doesn’t work correctly
Circumstance: Incline can’t go up or down while pressing the incline keys
Possible causes:
1. Bad Zero switch
2. Bad wire connections
3. bad incline motor
Troubleshooting:
1. Check drive board wire connections
2. Check to see if Zero switch is returning to 0 positions
3. Check drive board incline indicator and output voltage
4. Replace drive board or incline motor to test
Fan is not working properly
Circumstance: No response while pressing <FAN> key
Possible causes:
1. Bad wire connections
2. Bad fan board
3. Bad fan motor
Troubleshooting:
1. Check bridge board wiring
2. Check fan wiring
3. Replace fan board or fan
