# Copy ‘D&M Group Soundbar Flash Programmer’
application in your PC.
# Copy the two update files in the same folder on your PC.
# The update files are HEX file and MAP file.

Firmware update procedure
(1) Leave the soundbar AC unplugged, Hold the Standby Button and plug in the USB on the rear to the PC
(1) Leave the soundbar AC unplugged, Hold the Standby Button and plug in the USB on the rear to the PC
(2) Start ‘D&M Group Soundvar Flash
Programmer’ application in the PC, and press ‘Connect’ button.
(3) Select the region in region pull-down menu(
‘US/CN/EU’ or ‘ Japan’).
(5) Press “Erase-Program-Verify” button to start
the F/W update.
When the update completes, the application shows “Programing completed Verification successful“

(6) Press “Bootloader Ver” button, and verify
the MCU F/W version and region.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Check the each voltage

voltage in the specification? (24V±10%)

1. Check the soldering of D7, D9, C294, L43,
R230, R231 and R232.
2. Check the soldering of the U27.

3. Check 5V(SW5V)
Check the input voltage 2 pin of U29. Is the
voltage in the specification? (24V±5%)
Is a PWM being output from 8 pin of U29?
1. Check the soldering of D8, C315, C316, L46,
R235, R236 and R2383.

Check the input voltage 1 pin of U23. Is the
voltage in the specification? (5V±5%)

U19. Is a PWM being output?
Check the soldering of U19.
Check the output signal between 1 and 2 pin of
J5, between 3 and 4 pin of J5.
Is the audio signal being output?

Check the soldering of C200, C209, C210, C220,
L35, L36, L37 and L38.
4. No sound is output from Lch
Check the input signal 4, 5, 10 and 11 pin of
U21.

Check the soldering of U21.
